Safety Issues

  1. Make sure that we are aware of the position of any underground pipe work, drains, power cables etc.
  2. Doorways need to be kept closed in windy conditions
  3. Contact your local Fire Office if there will be large numbers of people or if it is a public event
  4. Ensure that you have adequate power supply - if in doubt consult an electrical contractor.

General Points

  1. Keep access clear for delivery
  2. If the marquee is to be placed on grass make sure the grass is cut two or three days before the delivery of the marquee
  3. Keep us up-to-date with any changes that occur regarding the numbers of guests (prior to delivery date)
  4. Consult with contractors regarding delivery dates and times - who needs to be in and when etc.
